Anyone tried Ova8 pole with the MK2 clamps?

I’m looking at a new pole soon, as with many others I have narrowed it down to Extreme or Ova8 Hi-mod. There are plenty of threads comparing these, the complaints seem to be mainly about the clamps, has anyone tried one with the new clamps?

I've not had any issues with my Ova8. I care care and maintenance plays a big part like all good kit

What about an x-line nano pole?they are stronger and more rigid than an Xtreme pole,clamps aren't quite  as good and they are a fraction heavier than an Xtreme but I'm still impressed with it....

Not had a great experience with X-line previously, I wouldn’t go to them again.
