Best Way Of Getting Commercial Work?

Hi lads,

going to pick your brains again, what's the best way of getting commercial work?, does cold calling at car showrooms, larger stores that sort of place ever work?.

My accountant suggested calling business up and asking to speak to the facilities manager. Then asking him/her about there window cleaning service etc

Emailing Business or Hotels works aswell
