Big Block Of Flats

    I have a big block of flats to clean the windows on each month , it is a fairly large place do I write up a contract or will they ?

    Normally if it's a large management company they will lay out the scope of the work and expectations etc. As far as contracts are concerned best you speak to the person dealing with it to clarify if they will be sending you a contract or not. Simples...

    Most contracts are not worth the paper they are written on as either party can negate the contract at any time.

    I might just forget the contract unless they give me one to sign

    I have took on jobs where previous window cleaners have had contracts. To me it has little purpose so I don't use them. Even for the bigger £3,000+ a year jobs.

    the big block of flats I do, nearly been 2 years now, never had anything to sign or never gave them anything.
