those pads are $5.95 (less than £4 each) direct from the US. I have emailed "Mr Hard Water" to ask whether he ships here EDIT: he does!

£18 is/was the customs limit, so you could get 4 of them for £16 instead of £36. Postage is unlikely to be £20!
