I havent changed any pre filters yet but the guy I bought the kit off sells a set of filters with two granulated two carbon block and two pre filters but I am at a loss as the third canister on my system is for the resin so I dont really know what to buy...
our top man spruce will know ...../emoticons/biggrin.png

I dont understand as I only have three canisters and one is for the resin....this is the actual guy I bought it off and he sells the same..

I'm not sure on how this cartidge works TBH. But there will either be a fine gauze mesh or a foam sponge 'gasket' on either side of the filter with the granulated carbon inbetween.

The resin cartridge on my old RoMan type r/o used foam sponge like discs that contained the resin within the cartridge and stopped it being flushed into the pure water system.

So I conclude that this sponge filter disc is missing from the cartridge.
