More wfp window cleaners have Tourettes than we realise. We regularly experience it with hoses around wheelie bins, rocks, paving stones, etc.

Think you just diagnosed my wife!More wfp window cleaners have Tourettes than we realise. We regularly experience it with hoses around wheelie bins, rocks, paving stones, etc.
this is the problem I had with my last guy paid him gd rate as soon as he seen what was coming in for me he honestly could, int handle itYou don't have to say on a public forum, but think how much you are paying them too. I found in my past experience earning £60/£70 a day but doing £300/£400 of work very demoralising!

I guess the problem is in this game the money coming in is right in front of them, with most jobs you don't really see it.this is the problem I had with my last guy paid him gd rate as soon as he seen what was coming in for me he honestly could, int handle itdid explain the running of the business. was also paying half his driving lesson, and christmas bonus hoyed in for gd measure. My plan was to put another van on the road ,thought this guy was the perfect man for the job.Massive fall out the party is now over
Our neighbour has asbergers, autism or similar, but I must admit it is funny. He's a harmless old boy. My Mrs makes him cakes, the odd hot meal, etc. So I was chatting to another neighbour at the time, when this old boy walks up and saysJust found a post on a aspergers forum saying her son got a job as a window cleaner, so wouldn't be the first.
Exactly. As the person on the receiving end you just have to be tolerant, and see it with a sense of humour.Yeah they are very honest, they don't understand things like that, they don't get sarcasm or how peoples feelings work etc
i once employed a deaf and dumb Polish lad,in fact he was my very first employee . We got along by scribbling messages on a notepad -but he did not last a month after started sending me sh/tty text messages i knew his time was up.There is a gardening company that hires autistic / asperges ect.
