I'm just about to hire someone due to an injury that has put me out of work (possibly a blessing in disguise).
I am currently using Aworka to manage my round. When the staff cleans the property they will obviously have to bill the correct amount. But I do have slight reservations about staff knowing how much the client pays. I can't really see anyway around this as the staff are working towards a percentage, not a flat hourly rate.
Any advice on how to manage this?
