Im just so enjoying having a tank fitted and not humpfing barrels in and out, I can see the light- electric reel and extreme pole, then a tutu![Whistling  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

Mine issues are roller related.
As my hose goes through rollers I have some tension built in. However it's easy to get carried away and unravel loads. That's only an issues maybe once or twice a week.
My issue is self spooling. But today I managed to get it to spool with the doors shut. There is the chance I can clean houses without ever opening the rear doors again. Maybe.
How can they justify the price of that@Damo, you must have considered Jason's over and under floor pulley system. They seem to work in the video but very expensive in reality.
3 point hose guide pulley system
I would love to see the result and how you did it. Those 4 roller hose guides you have and that Grippatank supply don't last long, especially when they are subjected to road grim and water under the van. I've seen a few used recently and they are all in a bad state. That's a few ££ eek!
Spruce. Got it sorted. Have all the parts just need to get it installed. Works flawlessly /emoticons/smile.png
CheersI decided to go for a swing arm roller setup. Will get photos when sorted.
To borrow some words of Nat Jones; In the world of deep sea fishing we use what's known a Multiplier Reels with 'level winder' built in, this lays the line perfectly on the reel as you wind in whilst battling a nice Conger or Skate or Ling for example.I have previously seen this as the solution to our hose spooling issues, I will leave it with our engineering counterparts. /emoticons/smile.png)
