Flow Controller Playing Up

I have something strange happening. Started a month or two ago. Hook my battery up to the flow controller and turn it on. It flashes up the battery has a low voltage (like 8 or something). Turn it off. Disconnect battery. Reconnect battery. Turn on flow control and pump runs no issue and shows something like 12.3v or around that. Has even happened during the day. Worked fine. Switched it off for lunch then back on again and had this problem. So far hasn’t stopped work but has held me up a few times (first time I thought I hadn’t charged battery and drove to a mates to borrow his. That time it stopped working halfway through a job). Anyone any ideas?

I’ve just resolved a similar sounding issue, and ended up being one of the battery terminals wasn’t tight enough!!

Ahh I’ll look into that. Up until now I’ve just taken mine on and off but I’ll start tightening them properly. Thanks ?
