I am confused how the pole falling on a fence and breaking is Gardiners fault and surely kind of them to offer you a discount on New swection. If i crash my car it will get damaged i doubt vauxhall will give me a discount on a new one!

i sort of agree with that but really they dont make it clear the extreme is THAT fragile do they, if its going to break if you drop it that should be made clear. when i got a 14" gooseneck my pole slid sideways & the gneck broke, i sent them a pic & they sent a new one straight away

Iv always found there customer service next to none. A pole going over from upright and hitting a solid square edge is hardly fair usage.
