we can get the external pipe sizes here its the wall thickness thats the problem with out that wall thicknes the pipe wont be rigid enough.

I've made lots of bits & bobs with the pvc. Brackets. fittings for my trolley set up , goosenecks & QL fittings. The orange conduit pvc we have is plenty strong enough . As Kev said my little DIY brush swivel is heaps strong. I've been using them for over a year now no breakages & just love how the brush stays on the glass & reaches corners etc. Like it these 2 videos.

View attachment 4543 iv seen that orange pipe here in the UK , i cant think where offhand . i seem to recall it has black lettering printed along it in a similar font to this foto . possibly its gas line piping i might have seen it on a building site or possibly iV seen it in a skip but i think it exists in the UK
