What is the best, well known organisation for harness safety training course where I can get certificate at the end?

Just a question that we ask windies as standard, so interesting to know how often you guys will actually use harnesses for access! /emoticons/smile.png

I would like clear moss from the roofs on commercial and domestic properties in the future plus it will give me more confidence with the risky high gutter jobs
