Sounds like the pump is no good do check it's not under pressure from the hose Thomas it may have a cut out at certain pressure so maybe under pressure and won't pump until needed

Do you still have your trailer system, it had a Shurflo on it if I remember. Try that pump on your trolley system. If it works, then you have your answer and get a refund on the cheapo. No, nothing at all /emoticons/sad.png
At least you have a spare one . I bought a spare one just for these eventualities. Brand new, never used, sat in the garage. I know one day I will need one, so it's there ready, saving me lost days waiting for one to come through the post. Thanks for that D-D I've done it and it failed /emoticons/sad.png
So that answers that then! Knackered pump /emoticons/sad.png
Yeah, I meant you have another one you can use if you're in the :turd:I don't have a spare... the shurflo is on my bike trailer and my trolley one is dead /emoticons/sad.png will order a replacement first thing tomorrow.
Ah, I see /emoticons/smile.pngYeah, I meant you have another one you can use if you're in the :turd:
I hadn't actually thought of that, I was still presuming I'd fried it by having made a mistake wiring up the charger and socket. I suppose all night trying to pump at a dead end stop wouldn't be good for it!So I take it the reason for the pump failing it was left running all night long?/emoticons/sad.png
My own kids have cost me dearly over the years doing things without me knowing until it's to late. Bless em /emoticons/biggrin.png
