Your method statement is the way you turn up and do the job, you can get generic risk assessments and this is usually sufficient. Some people ask for one that relates to their site, site specific risk assessment.

Get generic risk assessment but you should really write your own method statement, it's not rocket science as all you are doing is telling people how you turn up, what you use, where you store it and how you do your job.
