Insulating van. Anyone have any recommendations?

As it’s that bloody time of year again.. I’m thinking about insulating the inside of the back of the van before winter fully sets in in the vague hope things won’t freeze *quite* as easily as they normally do.

Has anyone done this and have anything to recommend?

I’ve been looking at:

But all of these look much of a muchness to me. Trying to time all this work to get done at the same time as upgrading the ply lining (and fitting the dining room table sized solar panel that’s currently clogging up my spare room).

As usual, should have thought about this earlier in the year 😂

Yes those type of insulation products do work . Look at camper van products as well
