Sounds fast
I'm happy to potter along these days, can watch life evolve by the time I get to my destination, or rather devolve, watching the driving manners of other motorists

Thanks for the info smurf I like the idea of another bulk head and straps I will look into the dimensions. Thanks
I think its also an issue with other vehicles as well. The cambelt is only 'protected' by plastic covers which would be easily shattered by a breaking aux belt flying off.On your berlingo keep an eye out on the engine auxilary belt as mine snapped and went into the camebelt housing which fooked the engine up as knackered the cambelt too. Apparently as I found out afterwards is very common. Was not worth repairing so I scrapped the van off all because of not changing the auxilary belt that cost less than a tenner to buy. I was gutted to say the least when it happened as was a very tidy little van.
Agreed. Ive just put a hose reel in mine this last month and on the whole much easier. Although the hose can be really annoying catching on everything in sight. Also come across a few situations where trolly would be easier so my next thing to do is make a seperate van mount so I can use the trolley separately. When I went from using a pf trolley as got fedup of humping water containers about for my old berlingo I just bought another frame protection thing like you have at the back of the driver’s seat and bolted it to the back of the passenger seat (mountings are already there just need the bolts).http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Citroen-Berlingo-Black-Van-Rear-Bulkhead-Drivers-side-/201339270139?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2ee0c173fb Then got hold of a chepo used wydale tank and some heavy duty ratchet straps from fleebay for next to nothing. Still would be better to get a frame made and bolt it in.
Depending how you want the van configured but I used a 250 upright tank in mine or even a 400 upright wydale tank will fit ok (check dimensions first) as they have a smaller foot print to put other stuff in the back.
NO MORE humping water about - I use a static ro/di with 1000 litre holding tanks and just transfer the pure to the van tank.
NO MORE having to keep going back to the van to change containers or in your case refill your backpack.
NO MORE humping a trolley about the streets as used it static in the van connected to the tank and got myself a 100m hose reel.
Was the best move I ever made /emoticons/smile.png
Seriously buddy get a van mount, I have just converted. Not only do I finish earlier but I also get more work done in that time. Can't believe I used to lug containers about for 2-3 years. What a headache that was.here's mine.still deciding whether to put a tank in, but like being able to take everything out and use the van for other stuff.

I detest using the trolley. The wheels roll over the hose, it gets stuck in gates, and carrying the pole as well is a pita. I know you can put reels on them and storeage for your pole, but I can't be arsed.Seriously buddy get a van mount, I have just converted.
