Any one out there listen to the radio while at work.
This is the best time of year with test match special on and England beating the Aussies at Edgbaston

    Cricket on the radio.
Christ I'd throw myself off the ladder listening to that.

When working on my own I plug my earphones in, sometimes music but mostly podcasts.
Gotta listen to something otherwise I think too much, which can't be good!

I'd love to listen to radio on headphones but after two years I'm still hyper cautious on the ladders....I want to hear every creak, gust of wind or if someone is approaching....I just did a quote and new custy shares a funny story (his words) of reversing into the previous cleaners ladders, he said the cleaner bailed out and wasn't injured...might have been a different story if he was listening to The Archers.

My van aerial is knackered so I can only get Capital FM - Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift and Niki Minage on loop between Djs talking about how cool they are is all I get - same loop for two weeks a time before they change out one of the songs to remain the 'Hit' station.

That's why the tune that is stuck in my head is 'Sounds of the rubber on tarmac' as I roll down the road. :p

Fortunately I don't have the volume too loud so I can still hear what's going on around me. Although if I was listening to the Archers I would be tempted to crank it up ;)

You sure you wanna take that job on, what with the bloke reversing in to previous cleaners ladders! Just be aware if you hear him reversing up the drive!
