Jimmy, quick question.

What exactly did you bolt the frame through in the van floor? I've heard it's necessary to do it through the chassis, as just the floor wouldn't do much good in a crash? Is that right?

What exactly did you bolt the frame through in the van floor? I've heard it's necessary to do it through the chassis, as just the floor wouldn't do much good in a crash? Is that right?

I got half the bolts through the chassis and half through the floor simply because that's the best it would sit. The ones through the floor have large washers to spread the load. I also bolted the frame across the bulkhead on each side of the van. The 350 tank is quite thick, so sits on the floor well. More so than the larger, taller, thinner tanks.
