yes my pf trolley has a built in charging socket but is just the same inside

I've never tried it with a split relay attached though as I don't use one.

I always disconnect my leisure battery leads when I charge it. Maybe I'm being over cautious, but that's what I do.

@Tuffers and @Smurf remember we thought it was the battery why my system stopped working? Well up until today when I was fiddling around with my pump and putting new hoses on I found this!!!! Which was causing the problem [emoji106]

I had omnipole look at it and an electrician and omnipole said it could be the split relay and I would have to book an hour in with them to check it out which is £50 + vat and electrician who supplied the battery and did the wiring has ordered me a new battery (comes in on Thursday) . I think I will take that new battery lol [emoji106] obviously he will take the old one which I bought off him in December haha

Neil, to be honest mate (and frank is a better sparky than I) I would say that's fook all to do with the relay, I reckon it's the loom attached to pump.

Go to a local auto electrical place and show them that and they will give you a free opinion. If they reckon it's the loom also I reckon Omnipole can shove their £50 and show a bit of customer support for giving you dodgy gear!

It's the dodgy connection when I was touching the wire it was fine then I let go of it it stopped working, I am going to sort it tomorrow now [emoji106]

I turned my pump upside down which you can see in the vid but after I had finished it I turned it back the other way as I thought it looked **** lol

neil i had same problem with mine wile back i have three wires to connect

and a + one for the controller now this one had to go straight to the van batt to charge of the altenator

u shud check the cal

hold the first and third botton in wen turned on

its will read cal

it shud be at 65

also wiring feck all to do with it

as i have extended my pump away from the controller using a cord i cut of the back of tv

peeled the rubber cover back on each side spliced the two together electric taped them up job done

to low in my opionion but wen my controller is on i can check van bat voltage leisure bat voltage cal theflo rate all the ***** of the day lol

my van fecked up a wile back in december so i brought my we transit back then and instead of getting the system put in proper i threw it all in and job done joiner booked in nxt week to kit the van out and make it look well
