Hi everyone we tried a new solution for cleaning fascias and soffits the last month and I must say I'm impressed so I thought I would share it with all of you.
You may already be aware of it but wow I'm impressed.

I forgot to take before picture but fortunately nextdoor was just as bad so you can see the comparison. Took me about half an hour to clean the front.

That's good to know as HLS are only about 5 miles from me. What mix did you use and do you think it's better than Ubik or Virosol?
I used a 50% mix on them because they where really bad. And a drop of washing up liquid which helps it stay on the brush. 50% is The strongest you can use. Iv not tried thoses. Previously we used a cream cleanser and solvent mixed 50 50 which worked very well. This is better and faster.

So you were dipping the brush in your mix not spraying it on?
I have only used Ubik and found that to be very good on gfs, spray on at about 20:1, agitate, leave for 3 mins then rinse.
