Hi guys, been cleaning fascia & soffit for almost 4 years and I’ve never come across this. I use virosol usually mixed 10:1 ratio, spray, let it set and scrub. I’ve put three pictures of this fascia & soffit, one side came out like new but the other after been sprayed twice and scrubbed wouldn’t budge. I want to go back and re clean it but has anyone come across this where it just doesn’t budge, at least very little!

I use a ladder and bucket of hot water, degreaser and scrubbing pads then I dry off with blue cloths.
Yes but you see the third picture the rest of the house all came out fine bar that one side. Why would this be so stained and customer wasn’t there so I had no access to hot water. Also do you clean all fascia & gutters that way, sounds very time consuming when you’re trying to get jobs done to make money?

Usually because I'm clearing out gutters at the same time. I use two ladders so I can clean 3 meters at a time. Take a few flasks of boiling water in them when doing the next one. Probably the wind direction baking the algae on the PVC.

That’s crazy you say that because it was actually a holiday home down by the sea and it was exceptionally windy the whole time and even a neighbour I spoke to told me it’s always this windy here!
