Pricing Up Commercial Residential Properties

    Guys,

    Please help, I have an opportunity to take on some contracts for cleaning some tenancy owned flats (if that is the correct terminology). 3 Storey Maisonettes. I have been asked to put in a tender but I hav'nt got a clue how to price up the job. Can anybody help out. Thank-you in advance.

    Guys,

    There are 3 x 3 storey maisonettes as in ground , 1st and 2nd floor each block has 6 flats with 4 windows to each flat and their is a shared stair well that has 6 windows. Thanks again.

    Might be worth you buying the "winning at window cleaning" by Richard on here. His book has high reviews and iirc does have a lot of detail regarding pricing correctly

    how long will it take u ?

    how much do u want to earn per hour ?

    thats the way forward in pricing mate

    dont listen to any of us on here.... every 1s different mate :)
