We need a video of this, as I am lost, I don't know how to calibrate, mine set up works n haven't got any problems. My thoughts are if you have water flow going through hose n you pinch the end, the water comes out end faster, hence 2mm jets/fan. My brain cogs are slowly kind of understand flow n pressure
I never forgot my test marks in a physics test 9 out of 50 n 13 out of 50. Always felt gutted on how rubbish I was at that subject, as it seems like a fun subject.

Yes mate - only leaks around connectors.

Changed connectors, tried adding O rings to vessels and have ptfe taped everything.....

Auto calibration of a digital controller.Set pole running as in normal working conditions. Press the arrow up and the horizontal arrow for a few seconds until 'cal' comes up.

Press arrow down until 'aut' comes up.

Press horizontal arrow (set). C99 will appear, don't touch anything, just leave running until a number appears. Press horizontal arrow (set). This is now automatically calibrated for your particular setting. Off to the pub now

Just discovered this afternoon that the Pure Freedom controllers are similar to the Varistream - you have to press the up and down buttons simultaneously to get into the CAL screen.

Why? What do you use to control your flow then? If the answer is a tap, that means your pump will still be trying to run flat out. You said your pumps are knackered after two years on a previous thread, could this be why? (again, assuming your using a tap)

a on off switch is what we use along with a.dapters no need for controllers at all . mine saying that ive just started fitting ones form a mate as the uni valuve will have no controller at the end little wheel ) to turn the water down when needed , made sure these controllers had none of the cal and batt crap on them

pumps are knacked after two years as they get weak I learnt this 35 years ago and was shown how to do a manual test way back then when they were mere 60psi not the 125 ones we use

got sick to death of sorting the cal out when the weather changed or if we changed hoses ect ect ect we run flat out any ways so just turn on and off works for us
