Probably worse than signs. It takes less than a minute to take a sign down, wil sticker you would be there for a whilewhat about stickers ? That are stuck to lamposts etc big a4 stickers

Prior to window cleaning i Served 13 years regular servicei dont think it is expensive to get them to do it for you ,i think it lasts 3 month but like you say if it ends up in local paper then well worth it.
just going off the subject i notice you are wearing army kit in your photo paul,are you currently in the ta or have you served prior to window cleaning
