Résine problem

Hello everyone, I recently bought some resin but it seems to me that it is not the right one..
I have water with a ppm of 16, but when I pass it through Di with this resin it goes up to more than 100!
I only use a 70psi pump and 11 liter DI Vessel.
I put a photo of the bag label.
