So I'm guessing when It's peeing it down your crew tell customers their getting a more expensive hybrid window clean as it's a cross between trad & pure water window cleaning
hmmm..but you left my windows wet I hear the old folk say /emoticons/biggrin.png

thats an idea , i could mention that to confuse the customer . iv found that if you confuse them with a remark that cant be understood they leave you alone . example ,customer says "is it really a month already " ,,, answer "thursday before friday once more "
