The problem you can come across if you don't clean in the rain sometimes is the customers will get to expect you only on dry days which for me and being in Scotland is not financially viable, however I don't clean if rain is bouncing of window, if I've done a street in the rain one month i try to make sure its not to bad when I do them next time round. To be honest it's not just the cleaning in the rain. I don't wanna get soaked through either. It's raining ere & windy & I just think its a waste of time going out. I wouldn't clean in the rain. I don't think it's fair. Plus the frames are soaked & drip. The bushes are wet. It's just my opinion & I know people clean in rain but not me. I'm sure most understand if its raining. All mine I cancelled today & they totally understood. I do put away in the summer for days like this.
A storm last night meant more customers wanting gutter cleans!I have them coming out my ears at mo! Quoting all add-0n jobs at a premium price for now on, won't care if they want the jobs done or not! Quoted £30 more than my normal price for a gutter clean and the customer still says yes! I can't win really!!!!!!!!
I am quoting well for the gutters..after 2 weeks ago they're all coming out the woodwork
