@marlowswindows I pm'd you last night but I don't think you've got it. If I can get your order details, it might just be easier to send you a replacement set. By the way, is the o clip on the male plug fitted really close to it like this?

Two eared clamp is not letting the male lock into the female move the clip up onto the hose

Lol user error ??? clamp to close to the male fitting not letting it engage properly.

2 things your pipe on the male connector is over 5gr rectus connector it shouldn't be.

Second move the o-clip away from the tale. It wants to be way further away. As if it can foul on things and disconnect

Correct. That’s why the male and female keep detaching as cannot lock in properly.

OK, but if it doesn't work this time, then it's definitely faulty and I'll send you a replacement set.
