A little update here guys. I got a text from the bloke the day after the job saying how great the windows looked. So I was thinking either his wife didn't tell him, or that she did tell him, and he thought he better do some making up. I was tempted to not reply but I thought sod it, I'll let him know. So I kept it polite but explained the realities of how we have to work, access problems, etc, and mentioned that I won't be able to come back unless I put the price up by £5. Now with the access issues sorted, its a £30er in my mind, and its part of a very compact round on that day. So his wifes awkwardness has cost him £60 per year.
