shurflo pump advice?

theres a small (alan key) adjuster under the pump.does this adjust the water pressure?is it left or right to increase or decrease pressure?any help please-does this tweek work,thanks in advance

not quite sure what thats for . But as far as i know you use the control box where you switch it on /off and up down
