I'm moving on from 25 litre Containers to a 210 litre tank to fill my backpacks, I want a Pump which obviously will be powered by a Battery linked to my Van Battery but I only do about 6 miles a day in short bursts will it hold enough Charge to Power the Pump?

Also what type of battery will I need I'm not a DIY Geek so an Auto Electrician will be fitting it?

Im also in the same boat apart from a couple of days a month and wasn't going to bother with a SCR but for sake of £25 for a full kit i got one on eBay actually only came today having a couple of jobs done on my van next weekend so my mate going to install as I'm useless at DIY but saying that looking at the diagram that came with it look a piece of piisss to instal TBH.

CAMPER VAN SELF SWITCHING, VOLTAGE SENSING SPLIT CHARGE RELAY KIT -30A - 6m Kit | eBay

You could by a 12 volt pump, 12 volt battery (same as in backpacks) and charge every couple of days. Lighter and easier
Thanks, I think the simple solution is to fit a small leisure battery in the vehicle wired to the main battery it's only to power a bilge pump.
