Spotless Water is it not working out?

How does that work? Doesn't it work like a petrol pump? I reckon this will end up being a dead duck. I just can't see how they're going to make a profit. The other thing is if it's country wide who is servicing these stations, is someone driving round all the sites making sure the water is 000 or do they have local guys? It's great if you need water and you're desperate. God knows why some would pay £15 a day for 500L everyday though!?

Yeah it is like a petrol pump but the sensor for counting the litres is obviously dodgy. It comes up on a screen as you can see below in the pic. He has a 700 litre tank and he had 100 litres in the tank already but somehow the computer said he had used 938 litres ?

as regards to servicing and checking it is pure I believe the computer system sends data back to head office and as soon as one becomes above 000 they send someone out to sort it.

I think they’re fantastic. Got us out of a tricky situation, more than once.

I think its its a great idea, we do a lot of late night early hours work for restraunts etc and it’s excellent to just turn up and help yourself to ultra pure water. For me it saves a lot of agro making my own through a 40/40 with hoses over the drive and taking an absolute age to produce, then the water cost and wastage. You also have the up keep of filters/membrane and watching your TDS levels all the time it just takes the pain out of it in my opinion. I don’t think that 3p a litre for a 24hr self service at 100ltrs a minute is much at all and guaranteed quality.

I’ve seen a spotless water car driving around Bournemouth several times

Spotless Water started out as a car valeting business and then went down the franchise route. Seen several of their vans in the Bournemouth/Poole area.....they may have ambitions to franchise into WC !!!!!

RW cleaning is right.

Spotless currently charging 1.5p (+vat) per litre here in Bournemouth..

Did any Bournemouth cleaners go down Friday morning? They were giving away free water & a breakfast from 7-12. I was busy but sounded cool

Visted Enfield first time today, 3p +VAT, quick delivery and 0ppm, happy days ?  Tap water here between 350 and 400 usually...

Hope to meet some of you there one day.

You gotta spill now, wouldn’t think it’s much more than ro and pumps etc not much else it can be ?
I took a photo, but as it’s inside it’s technically a privately owned thing etc so I thought I’d get in trouble or something if I up loaded it.

Yeh an impressive looking kit.

I use the machines all the time, always perfect 000 water and reliable. Yeah I wouldn’t post the pic it’s probably a copywrited design and I doubt they would want anyone seeing the design/layout.

Just had an email from Spotless to say the price is going up, and so it begins. I guess catering all these breakfast clubs needs paying for somehow

Already higher than the 3ppl quoted on their site where I am - think i'm paying 4.5ppl. They rescued me at just the right time though so can't complain - i was having water supply problems remember... then spotless turned up in the county and saved the day! Yes it's more expensive but from my POV it's cheap considering I'm on a water meter, can't get RO anywhere else and don't have my own equipment (which i can now afford but the water meter thing.. urgh). So from my POV spotless are heroes. Admittedly the breakfast club thing is a cost they should be dropping rather than passing on but I suppose if it helps windys get together and meet up... exchanging numbers, deals, water supplies LOL.

I'm quite happy using them, yes it's more expensive for me but it's convenient. I've topped up at 1:30am and it's been faultless - even the 24hr phone support answers at that time of night too (tried it lol).

Had phone call from spotless ,

Thursday 11th breakfast and tank full of water ,

Companies In my life experience don’t give anything away for free,

wonder what thr catch is ,

price rise ?

Who knows, thing is they can't push the price too much as it'll negatively affect them and someone else will start making the RO however being a company that doesn't really have any human interaction with its customers, maybe they feel that they need to stay in touch and keep their custys sweet?

@Wind o kleen Newcastle site has only been there a month or two, I got the same call the other day.

Site is too far out for me to travel x15miles just for a free tank & bacon butty, I can make myself with my own system

They are probaly looking to just make local lads aware they are now there.  I will only be using them in am emergency

The Newcastle location is poor IMO, city centre traffic will add valuable minutes to you day, far better to have put it off Coast Road/A1058 or Team Valley/A1 next to a main road(s)
