Water Marks Leaded Light Window

WCF

Help Support WCF:

I'm not criticising wfp but the problem is a combination of the windows themselves and the method used to clean them. It wouldn't have happened if they were cleaned trad.
Yes I realise that but it's not in our interests highlight that point. Most customers won't listen to the fact it's a fault on the window and just hone in on the method being blamed.

To put it another way, they have problem leaded windows, their friend doesn't have problem leaded windows. If they tell their friend not to get their windows cleaned wfp because wfp cleaning is **** and they've had it... well that would be false information for their friend and damages the reputation of the method.

So technically yes it's a combination of the method and the faulty window, you could even go as far to say it's solely the fault of the method because it wouldn't happen if you cleaned it very carefully traditionally. But to go telling them that is not a good idea when 99% of windows have zero issues with wfp.

The one problem window I've got, I did it traditional and explained the reason whilst doing the rest of the house wfp. She then, some months down the line complained that I wasn't doing it wfp and despite me telling her the problem she insisted it was done wfp because she wanted all the frames doing every time via wfp. So I now do them wfp and dry them as fast as possible 🙈 some customers :LOL:
