For all those that have sub meters and only pay for water only for work use have you received a letter telling you that from April a surcharge of 11% is being added to this water bill for commercial use ? I haven’t had any through yet but a friend has .

Not on a meter but is that all Water Boards or just those with water shortages.

Don’t think it’s anything to do with water shortages, it’s south west water apparently there is a change in the law with bills ?? So assuming it will be all over the country?
