Water pressure nearly doubled this last week?( Thought colder gets lower pressure)

My water pressure in the last week has gone from about 65psi to nearly 120psi with my 300gpd ro with booster pump , is this normal coz I definitely did not get that pressure last year but can't really remember it getting this cold lol

It can do depending ware it’s coming from and how much pressure that area is pumped at , water companies asking reduce the pressure in peak time uses like summer time ti reduce the water consumption. Also it can be increased when we have large fires we get the water company to increase mains pressure .
