Water run marks on sills

Half a job
That why I charge alot more on one-off/first cleans as I also restore the upvc aswell back too white.
Yeah, I can really see this new customer paying smurf prices for a first clean @Smurf they would be paying something like 2 years maintenance cleans on the first clean if you got your hands on it. How would you propose to clean those stains if you told them you were ladder free?

Half a job /emoticons/biggrin.png Like it.

I have ways and means @Tuffers as I operate a ladder minimization policy but still use ladders if need be that is if the price is right. Otherwise if they are not bothered for me to restore the plastic then half a job it is /emoticons/biggrin.png

Pity I did not take any pic today as I deep cleaned the outside of a painted wooden conservatory including glass roof. Not only did I clean the white filthy & stained paintwork but also restored the gutters back to white too.

People do pay a premium price for my work but they get what they pay for. /emoticons/wink.png

The chap was so pleased he wanted me to deep clean the inside too there and then. I said NO not today as the temp inside was 35 with the windows and doors open.

I do keep some trade secrets you know or before I know it there will be smurfetts springing up everywhere on my patch /emoticons/biggrin.png

Looks like quite a recess between the glass & frames there so I can only assume it's the years of dirt accumulation still leaking after you've gone. Recommend either charge more & double clean or take a dry sill cloth & wipe the edges.

Magic sponge brings those marks off real easy!! I would love to see the custys face as smurf gives them a price and then be a fly on the wall after he drives off!!!! Hahaha

You da man smurf

could be the oil off the lead...you know what will get them off tuffers.....you got an awful lot of them recently...mine have arrived and i carry one all the time now....

No sign of my second batch. Must have sussed me /emoticons/biggrin.png

well to be fair they are cheap ....the postman thought it funny anyway....wish i had bought more as i seem to be getting much more black off the seals these days and these things work great at shifting them...

i thought rubber wasnt supposed to degrade...i will have to put up my prices if it continues...oh sod it i will put them up anyway....

Here's another house with the grey lines that I did today. No rubber seals to speak of, but they were wooden and the paint was satin. Cleaned using a magic sponge and neat Virosol. I wonder if this satin paint is the problem, as I'm sure the complaining woman has satin paint.

Agree. This has come from the lead as well as atmospheric polution. I bet they will be back next time before you clean them.
