Water run marks on sills

Funny you should say that.... Earlier I tested the TDS of a bottle of highland spring water and it was 115ppm and it's supposed to be spring water!

You got me thinking now.... Tuffers Towers Spring Water. TDS of 049 with less muck in it than highland spring /emoticons/smile.png

sorry to bump this thread but what is 'magic sponge' and where do i buy it?

i've got the same problem, black marks coming from the rubber seal and staining the white upvc frames.

@dave83 'Magic Sponges' are also known as 'Magic Erasers'

You can get super cheap ones off ebay but personally I like the 'Flash magic eraser' as it has a little soap impregnated into it.

I usually get mine in Poundland.

you can still get dirt staying on the sills, even when rinsing, brush angles, use a swivell to get a good angle to rinse & wipe with the brush. maybe stop the waterflow, then wipe your brush across,

best getting up there and seeing exactly what she can see, give them a good wipe down by hand. see what happens after that
