Waterworks Powerup 3D reel

Morning, my Waterworks 3D reel has stopped working. When the reel button is pressed there's a 'donging' sound coming from the area of the motor. Has anybody got any suggestions as to what it could be please.

Get In touch with waterworks. I don't know what other people's experience with them has been like but when I had problems with mine they were helpfull.
