did you not ask the owners of the house for a copy of the footage to give to the police? might have been able to see him take the money too! im sure we have all forgoten to lock the van at some piont its a shame it has to be an issue tho

That's nasty. I would be thinking of waiting till he is up his ladder then having a "word". I may not do it but I'd be thinking of it.
