Never done commercial before but priced this nursery up for first clean followed by monthly clean.

What would you charge for first clean and the follow up clean every month see if I got it near the mark.

The main building windows are all wood bar one.

West Yorkshire.

Canopy and its roof not included.

Access no problem and the only awkward one is the two above the canopy.

I have got it at £90 for first clean, haven't decided on price for monthly yet told her I would do first clean and then give her monthly price.

Was thinking £35/£40 monthly.

Personally I don't ask for more for the first clean I just stick to the same amount. But that's just me, if it's just the windows £90 seems a bit expensive, but that's around my area.

Will be cleaning them twice first clean...all round with TFR through pole and brush to get the thick off then round again with pure to polish them off...I'll be happy at 2.5 hours.

I would say £45 once every 4 weeks, I normally charge 50% more on all first cleans with them taking longer, @Maund total madness not to charge extra on a first clean when they can take 2-3 times longer
