What Do You Charge For A Bog Standard 3 Bed House

WCF

Help Support WCF:

sounds risky to me mate ,as uve always got the doll dosser that will do it for a coffe and a tener u no what i mean, every body seems to think window cleanings easy

Here in sunny Essex I'd be going in at £15 and if I had loads down the same road it'd still be £15!!
im in essex too, and yh for the house in the pic id charge 12-15, but tbh the OP was 'a bog standard 3 bed house' that pic isnt a bog standard 3 bed house, as its double bays. for an average flat fronted 3 bed round here id charge between 8-12

I have noticed that many of these prices on this thread are WATER FED POLE prices!

In a TRAD forum!

Tbh there should be a different I. Price, your both doing the same job, just with a different tool
Do you mean shouldn't ? As most trad cleaners don't do frames. Well the ones I have seen anyways.

most trad cleaners on this forum do frames, so there shouldnt really be a price difference, although clearly there is
Those style of windows would be slow for wfp, as you would have to let those top lights drain off, so i would look to charge more.

Forums usually attract people who care about work and want to earn more money. With that, they will do frames, door steps, polish the door knocker etc.

Joe the doley boy wont wipe the frames over.

If forums attract those that care and go the extra mile.....the. Everyone in the forum should charge the same regardless of wfp or trad

Urm no, our running costs are more than a trad guy. So we have to charge more than trad.

I don't put a gun to customers heads.

We price, they pay. Simple as.

Yes but you lot say its "quicker" no?? So does it not even out?
+1, you cant have it both ways.why should you charge more for the same service a good trad cleaner provides if you both do exactly the same quality job? and the fact that you can get soo much more done in a day wfp should surely mean you can price cheaper.

just because you decided you want expensive equipment to make your life easier/increase profits doesnt mean its right or fair to pass those costs on to the customer.

having said all that if your customers are happy to pay it then thats cool, good luck to you, but it will be hard justifying it when they realise they can get the same job done to the same quality for half the price
