Which is faster

This obviously only applies to downstairs windows . Now I've always brushed the cill off with the brush . Usually 2 passes with the water off . But today I put a pocket on and a used a cloth . I found it easier and faster no crap clogging the brush up and a quick whip over with the cloth cleans it better as well . Anyone else do this do you find it easier . And faster .

I sometimes go over bottom sills with a microfiber if there is stubborn dirt some of these modern light brushes are cr@p use a sill brush they are not just good for sills they are great for getting out insect mess in corners on first cleans.

Use clothes keeps brush cleaner leaves better result. But don't be goin back to van get one lol. Carry with u.

Ya can get cheap clothes on eBay like 60 for 10 quid.

No wouldn't be going backwards and forwards t the van .i put my pockets on and a couple of cloths in em . Gunna give it a few more days see . Only problem. Is wearing gloves and wet cloths don't mix.

I always have pockets on with small squeegee too

I sometimes wipe Sill first then WFP

customers really like it when you hand wipe the sills

I think they think there getting new and old school cleaning and we make sure all front doors are hand wiped now

I always wear my bucket belt with a couple of microfibre cloths in and wipe down sills and doors after the windows are done.even got a £5 tip of a customer today although i had allready mentioned i wipe them down when i did her quote last week /emoticons/wink.png

i never wipe sills with cloth the most I do is wipe the doors with microfibre coth

but maybe its gd idea would only take minutes

However it does look good when i knock when I'm done and I'm wiping the sill next to the door or a bit of the door
