Mines when I carry out what I call top 2 bottom clean FASCIA'S, GUTTERING, CON +ROOF and HOUSE and walk away with it looking like new :rof: that always gives me a bit of a semi LOL /emoticons/wink.png just got to start getting the flipping pricing right but I'm working on that :thumbs:

If that gives you a bit of a semi, you have a problem lmao. Keep away from my 22ft pole /emoticons/smile.png

I'm a year in and enjoy it. Doesn't feel like work.

It's great when a customer compliments your work. Especially in front of a third party. It's also good going home having earnt decent money.

What I enjoy most is planning the future. Where can the business go? The options are huge.
