Card not present payments

I would like to start taking card payments from customers over the phone can anyone please point me in a direction that works/worked for them.

I think you can take payments over the phone using https://stripe.com/gb

i use Sum Up......works well....just tap in customers card details on the virtual terminal on the app while your on the phone,easy,peasy....they do take 3% and 20p per transaction though......

Yeah spotless water use stripe... - similar principle, card not seen by any real person, just processes based on numbers that have been input.
