I started at 9:00 and finished at 16:00 , had 30 muinits for lunch so 6:5 hours work including a bit of driving and did £500 , if my maths is right that’s £76:92 per hour
So with the VAT added that's £92 per hour. I am very fortunate that I have some really well paid commercial jobs where I exceed that. However to get this on a residential day is 3 times what I can achieve.

With 3 Van's and averaging just 60% of that hourly rate your turnover is circa £500k. Don't think you need to worry about pensions or investments.

As I said earlier i don’t do that amount 8 hours a day 5 days a week , but it’s quite good for domestic , commercial is much better but we do  less of that . Also there is a big difference between turnover and profit ???

What part of Cornwall ??? Pop in and see us if you like

There is a few of us.More than double the price of your mates place which is absolute madness. The uk holiday industry especially in Cornwall know how to take the p@£$ with the pricing.

You pays the monies you get a proper Barnicutt pasty!

Or maybe some Kelly’s clotted ice cream!

And hopefully you can surf CGH dude ?

?

No surfing has never appealed to me but there is good surfing on both coasts  not just the north coast , Ime a diver and love the diving Cornwall has to offer some awesome wrecks and reefs .
Ok I get that…

I love diving too but only done minimal scuba diving in some nice places and never actually dived properly with a team.

Nice one mate

Did you go to surf school Davey?

I did many years ago

There is nothing quite like it ??
No a mate of mine was in Cornwall for a few months and he taught me before he went back to oz on his travels.

I spent 3 weeks surfing with him (well trying lol) I love it but don't live near the coast but used to go as often as I could.

Haven't done it for about 10 years.

I had a go at diving once off swanage pier. Its really weird using an aqualung. Takes a lot of getting used to with regards to breathing but once I had mastered it, I found it really enjoyable. Our group saw a school of cuttle fish swimming by. That was pretty special.

Also tried surfing once. Now that is really tricky. I think I am far to tall and gangly for that. Could nether seem to get my balance. You need a low centre of gravity me thinks. Either that or I was just ****.?

Although diving sounds pretty cool too… as long as there no sharks ?

Diving with sharks is awesome , we have been to the Maldives, Bahamas, Egypt many times and done  hundreds of dives with , tiger ,black tips, grey reef , leopard , nurse ,oceanic white tips ,and many others , they are very miss understood animals , they can be fiesty but if treated right are fine
