I think there is a simple way to decide weather to stay or go....

Is what we are currently working?? If Yes = Stay ---- If No -- Go! Simple.

I believe the system has failed and is broken so I vote we don't keep it and we go. Diwrnach makes some valid observations.

Thanks a lot.

Sorry to be blunt and not meant to offend anyone, but facts are facts, Britain and Germany are the ONLY members of the EU that pay in more than they take out, we are basically propping everyone else up!

The EU was wonderful for the poorer countries like Greece and Spain until the credit crunch, then we tightened the belts and they couldn't freeload at the same level any more, hence why they have completely collapsed financially. They have now realised the EU isn't the free lunch they thought it was.

This is the simplest - and probably the most sensible - explanation, about the EU and the Euro, ever to see the light of day:

Baldrick: "What I want to know, si...r, is before there was a Euro there were lots of different types of money that different people used. Now there's only one type of money that the foreign people use. Now what I want to know is, how did we get from one state of affairs to the other state of affairs".

Blackadder: "Baldrick. Do you mean, how did the Euro start?”

Baldrick: "Yes sir."

Blackadder: "Well, you see Baldrick, back in the 1980's there were many different countries all running their own finances and using different types of money. On one side you had the major economies of France, Belgium, Holland and Germany and on the other, the weaker nations of Spain, Greece, Ireland, Italy and Portugal. They got together and decided that it would be much easier for everyone if they could all use the same money, have one Central Bank and belong to one large club where everyone would be happy. This meant that there could never be a situation whereby financial meltdown would lead to social unrest, wars and crises."

Baldrick: "But this is sort of a crisis, isn't it sir?”

Blackadder: "That's right Baldrick. You see, there was only one slight flaw with the plan."

Baldrick: "What was that then sir?"

Blackadder: "It was ********."

With an estimated UK population of 63.1m people, this means that every man, woman and child paid €178.65 (£144.17) towards the EU budget in 2011.

They got back €104.12, meaning their net contribution was €74.53. -telegraf uk

EU has 11 countries that pay more than get

EU has 16 countries that pay less than get

Finland did pay netto per capita 148€ that Is about twice as much than UK per capita.

If you really know that Finland is one of the Biggest payer country per capita. We pay a lot more than we get. UK got much cheaper per capita than we did. See the facts.

The real problem are the cheater countries that did lie their economy statistics. Like Greece etc.

For the immigration problem there is no cure.

In or Out.

If those refugees don't get things done in their home land they keep on coming by all means.
