Think they are a bit like - Dual Pumps, they will only deal with suppliers who meet a certain criteria based on proven annual turnover...

Sorry if this is a stupid question but what is a genie? It’s been mentioned a couple of times on here and I have never heard of it before..

Or you could forget side entry and get one of these -

Just searching for one of these and came across this;

https://cleancareireland.com/product/elsea-titanus-gutter-vac-heavy-duty-industrial-vacuum/

Interestingly it appears to be a side entry version ?‍♂️

Top it off with these;

What are your thoughts @THL4KEL?

I just use 40 foot of alloy poles, there very rigid.
I only fancied carbon poles for when I get an employee, wouldn't want them cracking their head open ? I have some carbon poles currently but they're not the best.

The poles are taper fit and will stick and jam unless you clean / spray evetytime
I don't completely understand what taper fit is but just looking at the pic I can see what you mean. Back to the drawing board I think.

I have to sprayed wd40 on every joint when I use them or they stick together. Its a thing you forget to do once and never again because it take two people to pull them apart.

Is the side entry conversion literally as simple as cutting a hole and installing the inlet?

You remove the front plastic inlet and the hole is already there. All you have to do is make it a bit bigger with a grinder. The 52mm side inlet from Sinaclean will set you back about £70. Then all you do is bolt it on and use CT1 as a sealer and it works great.

I have those poles, and never ever clean them. And they don’t stick together. I have Sky vac ones, just a different name. Do my think sky vac do them any more though. The either do these cheaper shinny ones now, or the expensive elite. I got mine back in Oct 2015.
