Anybody have trouble when ordering?

Ordered a few bits last night but haven't heard anything all day no emails about the order like you get with other company's. try sending a message off there contact thing and got it written out and sent then it said unable to send.

Is this normal with them and me jumping the gun a bit?

If you have no email it usually means something isn't in stock.

But you do get emails/tracking details etc.
