I'm going for a run now it's dark and even quieter outside.

A 5k and then cold shower and I'll be feeling better.

Waited until now as even less people about to avoid.

Stay fit while you post on forum, do twenty press ups, on every post, otherwise when you go back to work you will suffer

Bit this isn't people dying of old age.

Those other deaths are still happening. This is people gasping for air, dying in agony long before their time.

I’ve just ate a family pack of m&m’s ?
I've got out of shape again lately.

Ideal excuse for some exercise now.

However starting in a mo I'm doing morning and night.. yes I know they said 1 period of exercise per day but I'm already going stir crazy after 2 days indoors.. I am not designed for sitting around and lose the plot after more than an hour in front of telly.

For my sanity I need to do it but will be avoiding everyone and all shops.

The vast majority that are dying have underlying heath issues that they would die of in the not to distant future , there are some that don’t though , just as some will die from a bee sting most wont ,

Don’t think so I have several family members working for the nhs , and Ime in the Fireservice so we get very regular updates as to what’s happening , like all things dont believe all you read in the press it has huge spin on it all , most not all have underlying health issues and as such will be affected far worse than a normal healthy person ,sad but true .

That's the opposite to what I've heard from my family in the NHS. That are not resuscitating anyone over 50.

Stay safe

Someone asked if we was working on another page, giving that the Government was telling us if we are self employed and can't work from home go out to work as normal. This was my reply.

Personally I assessed the situation looked at the facts and what the government was telling us. After making a few adjustments in the way we work and alter automated texts quantity I decided as a business I'd carry on. The points that swayed me where firstly no threat to customers as no contact whatsoever, secondly 2 employees both who have families to support and thirdly myself. I could of last 3 to 4 months with no income but certain Bill's would not have been paid. I'm the only one who works in my house so I'm also providing for the family.

I am assessing the situation daily as the situation evolves and if at some point I feel things are too bad I'll stop and still pay my workers rather than lay them off. Everyone's circumstances are different, assess and make your own decisions with or without this threat.

We've had 7 cancellations last week from 182 houses, the rest complied with what we put in place and they were pleased we'd been. I even had an elderly customer holding up a big thank you notice from inside her window.

Areas differ and protocols from one trust to another differ to we currently have 56 cases in hospital with 7 reported deaths , my daughter who is a paramedic as I write this is in the only hospital in Cornwall on the covid 19 ward delivering another suspected case , they will resuscitate ones down hear unless there is a DNR in place , that’s why there is such a panic for  more ventilators , if there was a DNR policy they wouldn’t need ventilators .

We only have 5 cases in North East Lincs presently which is very minimal considering the population.

I believe Italy has stopped using ventilators on those deemed.not likely to survive
They have been sedating ones then putting them on a ventilator , as they are basically drowning horrendous way to go , I could post more information but feel it would be deemed to graphic  , but it’s freely available on the internet .

As it stands I don't know anyone who has it and has been tested, neither does anyone I know.
At the moment generally only ones in hospital suspected cases are tested one of the guys from our fire station his wife is is nurse in charge of a&e in our only hospital dealing with covid 19 she came home from work on Monday showing signs of it but they won’t evan test her at the moment luckily at this stage she has mild symptoms and no underlying health issues so hopefully will be ok , , my daughter is a paramedic and going to be tested next week when they start testing front line staff that’s what she has been told today ,unless things change .
