Best way to clean Kitchen Lantern

Wondering what the best way to clean the interior of a kitchen lantern is. Tried cleaning it with trad tools on a pole but wasn’t happy with the finish and my 8 tread step ladders couldn’t get me close enough.

Thinking either an extendable A ladder or larger step ladders to get up close?

We have a set of Little Giant’s that come in very handy for these. Not ideal to keep on the van every day unfortunately.

I use my 3.8 metre extendable ladders with an old bath towel over the top rung to avoid marking the paint this is ideal for doing lantern roofs internally I also have a non slip mate so as not to mark any expensive flooring and prevent the ladder slipping

I too have little giant step ladder. For such jobs. Expensive but sturdy.
